You have the right to cancel your order and return ordered items for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt (does not apply to commissions) – provided those items are returned in the same condition in which they were received.
How to make a return
In the first instance, please notify us of your desire to return all or part of your order by telephoning +44 (0) 1993 823479 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org – stating your full contact details and order number.
Next, please wrap the item(s) carefully and securely (including all of the original packaging) and send the parcel to:

We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service, for your own protection, since we cannot be responsible for any returned goods that are lost in the post.
Once we have received your returned items, we will be able to process your refund or exchange.
If you’re seeking a full refund for your returned items, please note that unless the item(s) are damaged, faulty or delivered in error all return costs will be at your own expense.
In addition, the original outward delivery charges are also non-refundable on those goods correctly delivered and of merchantable quality.
Specially commissioned pieces are non-returnable. Refunds or exchanges cannot be given.
