The board has slightly rounded edges. Its handle is a feature at one end and has small feet to lift it off the worktop or table. Therefore picking it up is very easy. It has an oiled finish which is food safe.

The board is easy to maintain. After use wipe with a damp cloth and dry to remove any remaining moisture. If the wood begins to look a little dull refresh the finish by wiping some light vegetable oil in the direction of the grain. Do not apply too much, wipe off any excess.
